I’m Carole—coach, mentor, and life change companion for women who are done settling.
I work with women who’ve poured their hearts into careers, children, marriages, caregiving… and now find themselves staring at the mirror wondering:

My Story:
From Burnout to Breakthrough
I spent years doing everything “right”—checking the boxes, showing up for everyone, pushing through the exhaustion. But as a change in life approached, something shifted. It wasn’t just the change in life, it was a deeper disconnection. My life no longer fit, and I didn’t know what was next.
So I paused, got still, and began asking the questions that really mattered.
What do I want—now that the noise has faded?
What beliefs am I still carrying that no longer serve me?
What would it mean to lead my own life, fully?
That journey led me to coaching, to women’s wellness, to spiritual growth—and ultimately, to the work I do now.
